This week, I had a wonderful time attending lighting ceremonies in Ottawa to celebrate Hanukkah, the National Festival of Light. I would like to thank MP Anthony Housefather and MP Ya’ara Saks for hosting these events. Chag Hanukkah Sameach to everyone celebrating!
On December 1st, Bill C-4 was passed through the House with unanimous consent. Bill C-4 is an act to amend the Criminal Code to ban conversion therapy. It is great to see unity between all MPs to pass this bill.
During this time of year, there is a lot going on In and Around Mississauga. Together, let’s support local businesses, give back to those in need, and take part in the spirit of the Holidays safely.
